Nusardel is a service and experience designer with qualifications in communication and innovation. He uses a diverse technical and strategic skillset to bridge the gap between research, design and delivery of human-centred user experiences.

Currently contributing his expertise at the Customer Experience Company (CEC), Nusardel helps design, develop and deliver customer and employee experiences across government and private sector organisations.

Prior to CEC, Nusardel consulted on digital engagement technologies for clients in the public and private sectors.
